| It was "Pub Curmudgeon" of the Stockport CAMRA magazine column who tweeted or posted some time ago about the numbers actually not having looked all THAT bad in the early 70's, but I can't recall the details. But no matter, that's the only time I've heard such a thing. It irritates -and- humours me to hear the 20-something "craft"-beer-drinking UK hipsters today disparaging CAMRA, whilst sipping their precious, ultimately CAMRA-inspired maple/bacon/coffee/Bourbon/cucumber/rosemary/salt/caramel/choco imperial double session-Saison at 6 quid a third(pint). Congratulations on the sale, purchase, and move, B & J from both of us! |
