Coolships

"But the few german brewers (besides the zoigl) I know using coolships also transfer out of the coolship at mid-, low 70c degree temperatures nowadays."

Out of interest what do these brewers do after the transfer into other vessels? Do they they chill the beer in the fermenter or wait until the next day to pitch the yeast? You certainly can't pitch yeast at anywhere near 70 C.

Or perhaps they run the beer out of the coolship through a conventional heat exchanger and then into the FV's? If this were true it begs the question of why they bother using the coolship at all.
