| What exactly have you been told about Tankovna Nick? Unless I missed it I don't recall reading anything other than your opinion that all PU is the same (i may be paraphrasing). Perhaps previous posts? As an aside, I personally don't need connections to brewers (who by the way may be just as ignorent as the next man), I have my own perceptive skills; Tankovna PU and keg PU are different. Just like Spezial from the tanks and Spezial from gravity. Just real ale beer poured with a sparkler, a creamer, through a handpump or from the barrel. I tried Alesmith Speedway stout side by side from keg and cask - lo and behold, different. Perhaps revisit Prague (or Plzen), given they are really so close and Prague especially has plenty of other non beery attractions (I've heard), and make your own conclusions seeing as you haven't visited for some time nor often. I don't mean that harshly, but an opinion based mainly on the opinions of others isn't really an opinion. And for me that makes a forum a little defunct. The whole gassiness issue is for me a moot point; I feel like a broken record but the different variations of PU have different levels of gassiness. |
