Also, check Roppelt's webbie for daily status. Like it says there for today, 26 July, Keller geschlossen. It's wet and cold out there. Also note that every other Tuesday (more or less) is Schlachtschüssel there, meaning freshly-slaughtered pig products in great quantities from 11.00. Get there early for the best bits.

Nitpick: There are three Bierkeller(s) next to each other on top of the Kreuzberg operated by three different breweries, they are not shared by three breweries. Roppelt's Keller is at the foot of the Kreuzberg, just outside the village of Stiebarlimbach. It's about 700 metres by foot from Roppelt's Keller up to the top, through the woods, about 100 m elevation gain.
