| I'm with Jason. I'd take Hummel by a nose over Wagner. Not that it's a huge difference. Both are great. What tips it for me is that Hummel has brewed the best bock beers that I have had over there. Now there are many that I haven't tried yet but of all the bock beers I've had in Franconian Hummel's are my favorite (including the Maibock). I also like Hummel's kellerbier better than Wagner's U. Wagner's Pilsener though I think is divine and my favorite of the region so far. Quite a village that Merkendorf. |
