| I told Stephan what's wrong with his beer --too bland for the alcohol level, lacking body & mouthfeel, not an issue with hops-- and he agreed, but said that's how he likes it. Some silliness about how he brews it for himself, not for me. It's OK for all of you to be collectively wrong once in a while -- don't feel too bad about it! Come to think of it, the Schammelsdorfer Knoblach (yes, without U, not garlic/Knoblauch) reminds me a bit of what the Mahr's U should be like. |
