I don't know who owns the land, but it still doesn't constitute'affiliation' because he can clearly sell what he wants.

Most people I know from that area have a dim view of Kraus beer. Personally I think it's ok, but there are better beers, and I've enjoyed both the Hübner and Knoblacher beer on my visits this summer.
