Hebendanz (pub) - Kellerwald

Years ago I got a taxi driver to take me to the top of the Kellerwald, but the next times I tried, I was told it was not possible (the streets up there are for residents only?).  But if you can get a ride to the top, it is much nicer to begin there and walk down.   Once I walked to the top from the train station thru the neighborhood, not along the main road and Untere Kellerstrasse, and began at Blümleinskeller.
