OT: Brewing Schedule for Eschawo

I've got some notes from my friend Ludwig Lindner in Eschawo about Brauhaus operations in Windischeschenbach (probably more or less apply to the other Kommunbrauerei). They cover from 5 am, lighting the furnace, to removal of the wort from the Kuehlschiff, the following day. If anyone wants a copy, let me have your email and I'll send it to you.
