"Zoigl" comes to Texas?

Don't know why it wouldn't work. There will be no off-brewsite lagering, for one thing, and as the article says, it'll be sold at the brewery for legal reasons.

He said there's alway a risk that someone might make a bad beer with their brewing time, but he hopes having a staff of brew-masters on hand for assistance will mitigate the possibility of bad-tasting brew. Guetersloh acknowledged that part of the fun is experimenting with different ingredients. He said he just wants to "have some fun with everybody."

So the beer might be as bad as at any other Texas brewpub.
