| I am aware that these styles are refered to as "top fermented".And am also aware that this not as cut and dried term as it may seem, If you you would care to re read my post you will observe that Iposted,"top and warm fermented".the combination of both these factors,would imho need to be involved to class the beer as an "Ale". |
