Erm...that was meant to follow-up Jim's comment above.

Me, I'm having trouble watching the video for some reason at the moment, have only seen the first minute, and am already dismayed by the appearance of the accursed TeKu glass. Why, why, oh why, have you Europeans adopted this terrible, UNDERSIZED mutant wine glass? I don't remember seeing it in any high-class Oregon pubs last summer.

Also, I saw in the Erlangen paper last week, that Bierothek has won a design award for its new Erlangen shop. I like the place, and I like the nice young people working there, and I REALLY LIKE having a shop in the mall where I can go drink a nice bottle refrigerated ale from places like Belgium, England, or the US, but the design...it's PLYWOOD SHELVES! You're lucky to not get a huge splinter when you take a bottle from the shelf.

I don't understand how that's worthy of a design award, but whatever.

And they also have been brainwashed by the Italians, and offer TeKu glasses. I shall bring my own Glaskrug next time, so I can drink a nice bottle of beer there properly, without looking like an idiot.

Thanks for posting the link, Gerhard, I'll watch it later when my internet's not acting up. (Or whatever is wrong at the moment.)
