OT: Specific Gravity vs. % Stammwürze

Some readers might not be aware of what your numbers mean. They represent original specific gravity, post-boil, pre-fermentation. They can be roughly converted to % Stammwürze or ° Plato by subtracting 1000 and dividing by 4.

Thus, 1038 OG => 38 / 4 = 9.5 % Stammwürze.
