About what? The beer at Ebing? I like it a lot. It's not on my personal top 10 of Franconia list but it's not far off. I think it's excellent. I also love the place. Been there twice.

Re: staying in Eschawo for a month or more. I agree with your point that it's different than Sesslach and I wasn't serious about staying there beyond 2 or 3 days there. Visiting all the stub'n in Eschawo/Neuhaus is a very worthy goal! I don't know if I could hack it for 9 weeks straight but to each his own.
