In your opinion Nick.... please caveat, your statement is not a fact. And there is way too much defining going on in the beer world these days, too many home brewers and beer geeks turning what should be a very simple task of tasting a beer into a scientific thesis with chemical formulas and rating scales (in some cases). Here's my definition of a good beer: Man gets beer. Man tastes beer. Man makes happy noises. Man orders another beer. (repeat cycle) Simples.
