Buttenheimer Löwenbräu Again

When I went in to the Gastaetteto. there was no one in sight, so I had a fairly good look at the Ausschank and couldn't work out where the beer was going to come from, so the tap wasn't too apparent.  When it arrived outside in a Krug, it looked and tasted like a fairly standard Lager or Keller Bier (the terms seemed to be used fairly interchangeably across Franconia - also Fassbier, as at Neder) - pleasant but not particularly memorable and without any excessive carbonation.  So, I can quite believe that it is by Bayerisch Anstich.
The guy on the Ausschank at the Keller (who speaks fairly decent English) told me that the beers were quite different - they certainly tasted so, with the Keller variety distincly more tasty.
As has been said many times before, beer descriptors seem to be chosen at random by breweries, though I suppose that many are simply a product of long established custom.
