New Schanzenbräu Brewery

An article in today's paper goes into a good bit of detail. There will be a shop selling "brewery paraphernalia", Franconian beer, and Schanzenbräu stuff. Also maybe an outdoor grilling area, as well as a "tap-room", which he describes as what Americans call a bar room with view of the Brauhaus. (Not sure how accurate that definition is, I think maybe a bit too specific?)

Anyway, 20 k hl per year, vs. 5 k hl now.

I am concerned about this use of "Grandma's wash kettle" for a mash tun though. Food grade materials there? Lebensmittelgeeignet?
