Lager / mineral water is called a "Sauerradler". I personally mix 2/3 Pilsner Urquell 1/3 Störtebeker alcohol-free to make a very drinkable "Herbradler" or "bitter/dry" radler at home. 

It was the use of stored up ice in lagering caves that led to lager brewing being possible outside the winter months.
