OT: Urban Chestnut Zwickel - homebrewing franconia beers - books ?

Yes, e.g. for Kellerbier and other "Franconian" beer styles I do NOT use decoction. From what I heard, it is not commonly used in Bamberg region. Any details about it?

I have heard just about infusion 62-72-78

Does anybody know about good book with description of Franconia/Bayern beers, and how to brew them? I mean Altbayerische Dunkel, ungespundetes Kellerbier, Braunbier, etc. - this is something what you usually dont find anywhere. It could be in Deutsch as well.
