Urban Chestnut Zwickel

I only get to St. Louis once a year. The Zwickel I had this visit (from a 4 pack of bottles) seemed better than I remembered, though not "night and day" different. I would have noticed too high a sweetness or too many esters, as I feel that neither of those belong in a Zwickel/Keller Bier.

I feel that if you analyze too deeply you will find flaws in most beers. I prefer to let some minor defects slide if the overall experience of the beer is enjoyable.
