Not sure that I quite understand the nature of the problem. Just dispensing by CO2 would not help murky pints become non-murky (if you see what I mean!). It seems to me that the problems lie not so much in the method of dispense but in the whole process of producing cask ale and conditioning it at the point of dispense - i.e. good cellar management. This is not just a US-problem, in the past, I've had some lousy murky pints in British pubs, because of bad cellar management and lack of cleanliness in delivery lines, etc. All I can say is that my expertise in the subject is freely available just for the ocst of flying me to the USA!
