I agree with the four points on pouring hygene. We were taught not to immerse the nozzile in the beer. Now I see that swan necks are used almost everywhere. What happened to the CAMRA campagin against them? I know that it's usual to change glasses on each delivery but it doesn't always happen. They wouldn't get away with that one inch 'foam' malarkey in pubs in the southern half of England. Again another Camra campaign - what happened to oversize glasses? The casual way that glasses are filled or, more often, not filled, in Germany is something that takes a bit of getting used to for the British who demand their money's worth.
