Smithwick's Pale Ale - Amarillo Hops?

Don brought you some homebrew? That *is* generous! To bring this back to being topical, the Elevator ultra-strong lager from Gänstaller/Beck a year or so ago was Amarillo, and notably so. Otherwise, pretty scarce outside my cellar in this part of the world. AFA what you could get there in Ireland, perhaps Mallinson's single-hop Amarillo might be possible? http://www.drinkmallinsons.co.uk/our_beers.htm They brew very clean, pale and hoppy.
