Aye, the Schwanen-Bräu beer is intriguing. It surely was the best beer of the walk. The dark beer of Höfen is nice, too, but not as sophisticated. Actually I liked the Fischer beer as a counterpart to the dark beers and because it's really refreshing. But as you said, it is a simple beer. On the other hand - why making things complicated? ;-) Oh - sorry, I translated literally. So it's 'carbon dioxide'...
