Thinking of Rotbier...

Looking at the website for a newly reopened Thai place in Nürnberg http://www.horapa-thai.de/impressum.htm that was in today's paper, I see that Schanzenbräu is on the Getränkekarte...this must be bottled, I assume. Didn't know they bottled. I wonder who bottles it for them. (Pity the only low-alcohol beer is the undrinkable Lamms Bräu leichtes Weizen.) Ah, I see from their webbie that due to demand exceeding capacity, they have a friend country brewery brew it in larger quantities from time to time. I would imagine this is what's bottled. In the same article was a bit about one of our favourite Italian places nearest us (3 minutes by bike), which has received the city's first "slow food" certification. Erm...I assume the store-bought pasta is a thing of the past then. Pity, this means it'll become even more crowded. http://www.amaddio.de/salzundpfeffer/HTML/ .
