Weather Websites

Whilst here last month, you said you use weather.com to keep up with Bamberger weather, whereas I swear by http://www.wetter.com/wetter_aktuell/wettervorhersage/7_tagesvorhersage/?id=DE0000772 . I would have thought that the forecasts would be very close between the two, but looking at them both right now, wetter.com and weather.com say for Bamberg, respectively: Sat high 79F rain 10% chance / high 77 rain 0% chance Sun high 88F rain 10% chance / high 86 rain 0% chance Mon high 88F rain 20% chance / high 90 rain 0% chance With those kinds of summer temperatures, I'd be astonished if we didn't have thunderstorms blow through in the late afternoon or early evening. It's just the way summers are here IME. To say only 10% chance is risky, but 0%? This is not the US west coast. (Unfortunately for those like moi spoilt by western Oregon weather.) Let's see how these forecasts compare with reality on Tuesday. I also saw on the morning news show yesterday (ZDF Morgenmagazin) that this summer's variable and "cooler" weather is supposedly actually extraordinarily....normal.
