Brauerei T-shirts and merchandising

I happened upon the merchandise display at Meister either on the way to the toilets or on the way out. No matter where I was, if I saw a t-shirt or baseball cap I liked, price wasn't the barrier. It was only if they had something that was a good fit. Lindenbräu/Gräfenberg didn't have any t-shirts or polos in my size, so I didn't get one there. Oh, and I forgot that I also got t-shirts a Mahr's/Bamberg and Zur Sonne/Bischberg. And you're right, it helps to ask. The other item I like to pick up are the wooden beer 'caps' - Holzbierdeckeln - like these: http://www.biershop-bamberg.de/picture/categories/Hummel/HummelDeckel.JPG http://www.biershop-bamberg.de/picture/categories/Faessla/GreifDeckel.JPG You can also browse Kundmüller's Fanshop ( http://www.kundmueller.de/fanshop/fanshop.html) for t-shirt, cap, and Holzbierdeckel (http://www.kundmueller.de/fanshop/bilder/kleinteile/kt-hbd_x.jpg) souvenirs as well. Thing is, small Franconian breweries are wildly variable about this sort of thing. If there's someone in the family or crew who gets e-merchandising and social media, you'll see things like this, but there are still plenty of them that are pretty much about running their respective breweries and pubs and nothing else, and the thought of logo-branded merchandise hasn't even crossed the owners' minds.
