Have been looking at these as well for my stay in Solnhofen in september. Stadtbrauerei Roth closed in 2007, Leitner in Schwabach in 2010 according to german-breweries.com. WeissenbUrg (a castle or a mountain are two very different things, even if it is only one letter in German) looks to be the best option, two breweries in an interesting old town, it dates back to roman times.
