Bamberg to Leipzig?

I went to Leipzig a few years ago (but I came in from the Berlin end) so cannot comment on times from Bamberg. Certainly worth a visit in my opinion. Good pub in the old Bayerischerhof Station (Gose brew pub) and several other places around the suburbs. I used on of Ron's (Pattisons') guide to get me about. As usual in Germany, no problem getting where you want to go on the public transport system as it's excellent. cheers, Mat
