Cucumbers: what are the recommendations?

Hey, what about the cucumbers? Man cannot live by beer alone, although some try. Being sensible, you cannot afford to totally ignore this situation but just make sure that you prepare everything well. Sorry, to caterers but we will leave off eating salads in places that we don't know well. Don't forget, e-coli is not very choosy. It will easily migrate from salad items sourced from N. Germany to products from other parts via work sources, fridges, etc. Best just to be careful, we don't want our much anticipated hols ruined. Lovely night at the W. Schwann stamtisch and good zoigl, which I believe is brewed by Robert Sperber. Lots of zoigl available today (public holiday) - Schafferhof and Bahler in Neuhaus, and Fiedlschneider, Loistl and Wolfram in Eschawo - gulp.
