Wettelsheim keller

I was thinking of a visit to Schanzenbräu, which is only 4-5 stops on the U-Bahn from Nuremberg main station, but they are only open from 17:00, except on sundays when they open at 11:00. The Altstadthof opens at 11:00 each day, and walking distance can be reduced by going on the same U-Bahn line 1 to Lorenzkirche (one stop). Barfüsser is of course walking distance (5 min.) from the station, but I cannot recommend it.
