Country hotels: translation required

I admit that I'm so used to the method of booking hotels here in the US, where the process seems so "official", that when I book one of these small hotels in Franconia I can't help but wonder in the back of my head if they'll even remember who I am when I show up. But I guess I just need to bear in mind that they expect me to show up just as much as I expect them to reserve the room.
