Frankfurt morning departure – what to do?

Kein Problem. IIRC, I ate a really fine Tafelspitz-like Rinderbrust (beef brisket, I guess) with "Grünsoße", zesty Frankfurter green sauce at one of the places. The Grünsoße is a Frankfurt specialty.
