Aufsess area recommendations

At small country places, checking in/out is pretty simple and quick. It's not like you're among the hordes of guests at a big hotel. In many cases, you simply get up in the morning, get your coffee and breakfast, and pay right then and there. Since most of them are cash-only businesses, it's pretty uncomplicated.
