| That's Germany. The (bureaucratic) hygiene standards are probably too high for old breweries. And so are the costs for equipment changes. Right? @Unknown: Do you have knowledge about what's going on at Brauerei Schaffer? Any chance, that the brewery will brew again in the future? The beer was lovely. |
