1. Herr Gänstaller's wrote in the email last fall that he would be out of the brewery at Trabelsdorf by January, IIRC. I have since seen a reference to a brewery in Trabelsdorf under a new name, but I can't remember where I saw this, nor what the name is. I assume this is the owner's son's new operation, but whether it is in operation...? 2. Based on the email from last fall, I assume he's been brewing in Schnaid since January. 3. It will be interesting to see how the beers differ from the old brewery.
