Bahn-Streik -- not today

Trains are running today (Friday) so all is well! My train gets into Bamberg in about 45 minutes (my Dad's about 15 minutes earlier) so in two hours or so I'll be drinking Schlenkerla Fastenbier! I was sort of mentally psyched up to do the drive, but the train was less stressful -- and I got to have a beer at Brauhaus 1516 in the Augsburg Hbf (fake brewpub but the beer was drinkable)
