What is Kellerbier?

Shame about Klosterbrau. I've also encountered bad service there pretty consistently. It's such a beautiful old building and Gastatte. The potential of the place is awesome if only the people working there wouldn't seem put off by visitors. Still I always visit it for at least 1 Braunbier but go straight to the Schwemme where I can cut most of the bad service out.
