Huh. The low gravity appeals to me quite a bit (I brew 7% / 1.028-030 beer myself), as does the high hopping rate, of course, but the conjunction of this with wheat ...assuming we're talking about fruity Weißbier/Hefeweizen yeast anyway... and smoke just doesn't sound good to me. The few überhoppy Weizenbier(s) I've had have been just ... wrong. And aggressive hoppiness and smoke don't work for me together either. All that said I'd love to try one! Sounds like a project for Brauhaus am Kreuzberg.
