I've actually grown to like football enough to enjoy watch "big" games like during the World Cup, though I don't watch it enough to understand all the rules. England v. Germany was interesting for me as I wanted both to win. (Venue for that game was the Buttenheimer Löwenbräu Keller.) And I actually played soccer for a year as a lad. Was more demanding than either US football or baseball was, FWIW--constant running around.
