Munich area Braugasthof/hotels

By circumstance I am planning a trip in November and will be flying into Munich on my way to Bamberg and the surrounding area. Because of the time I am getting into Munich I thought I'd try and stay at a Braugasthof... There are a few not to far off the beaten path but would love to hear any recommendations at about the halfway point. Thanks, ToddA
