I can also recommend Ferienwohnung Albert. Frau Albert has three apartments in the same building (Judenstrasse 11). She speaks a little English though I've done most of my communications with her via emai. She also will pick you up at the train station! Also, Thomas Grube -- the owner of the Torschuster pub -- has a FeWo crawling distance from Mahrs and Keesmann. I haven't seen it, but it sounds like there are two self contained apartments that share a kitchen. Great for a group. Mahrs Bräu also as an apartment above the Piano Room at the pub. its a little more pricey (65€/night) but Stefan Michel told me it is quite nice (but he is biased :) )
