Schlenkerla Fastenbier

Everyone who was drinking from this keg liked the beer a lot, and several were big rauchbier lovers. I really don't know if this beer was primarily for export. What do you mean by a "like the Lagerbier only more so"? I thought the Schlenkerla Lagerbier was not made with any smoked malt, but only absorbed some smoke from the residuals in the equipment? Are you saying you would like a lightly smokey Schlenkerla pale bock?
