Annafest: newbie questions

I think through the week would be a better bet - less crowds. Daytime is definitely better then evenings. At the Annafest I think most keller businesses will be getting under steam around mid day. Try http://www.annafest-forchheim.de/index.html nearer the time, it will probably get updated. For opening hours of kellers you might try a look at http://www.bier-keller.de/ (in german only AFAIK) Jos
