Good times in Zoigl Land!

The beer at Schlosshof was slightly more red/dunkel than at Kaeck'n. They both seemed to be made with Pilsner and Munich malts. Very nice flavor, soft, low carbonation like and U or Zwickelbier. Medium body, noticeable hops, esp. at Schlosshof, but balanced. I liked the beer. Very easy drinking. The weather forecast from weather.com is for rain today through Thursday in Bamberg, but if you say it looks good for Roppelt's on Tuesday, I will take your word for it. Today is a total wash out. Mark will be down south on Tuesday, I think.
