You've never rented (or hired) a car over here? (Eh, then again, why would you need to with a Bike-Freitag?) No new strike news I can see as of this morning. I guess that means I'm safe to plan my "traditional" Ascher Mittwoch session at Schlenkerla for today. This is the most current info I've found by googling around: http://reisebuch.de/travel_news_list.html which says that Wednesday looks to be safe from strikes in passenger traffic, and that the union has the idea of avoiding upsetting the public too much in mind.
